Join my 12-week agility program! This program will be in-person through May- July and cover the following concepts:

​

Week 1-2: Body control and coordination

​

- proper sprint posture

- sport-specific positions

- weight distributions for power and speed

- foot-brain coordination

​

Week 3-4: Linear speed and acceleration

​

- straight accelerations

- top-end speed

- plyometrics

- single and bilateral strength

​

Week 5-6: Lateral Speed and Acceleration

​

- X-over speed training

- lateral jumping power

- hockey-specific starts

- forward-lateral sprinting (S-lines)

Week 7-8: Change of Direction

​

- proper decelerations 

- weight distribution for change of direction

- absorbtion and transfer of force

- maximizing momentum of center of mass

​

Week 9-10: Resistance Training

​

- band resistance 

- running parachutes

- loads against tension

- absorb body contact

​

Week 11-12: Testing 

- OHL/NCAA/NHL similar combine tests
