“Tristan really helped me elevate my game this offseason. We worked on strength, conditioning and mental performance. Right away on the ice, I noticed how fast and strong I feel on my edges, my explosiveness and ability to change direction went up another level.
I also noticed my confidence in skates and games—never hesitating or doubting my abilities, always feeling ready. When I make a mistake or get down, I can refocus quick and stay in the present.
