This program is meant for athletes looking to get faster and stronger for on-ice performance. Lifting like a bodybuilder will not make you a better athlete. You don't need to use every machine at the gym, you just need the right programming with the right tempos. These workouts can also be done at home with limited equipment if you get creative with your loading strategies. Enjoy!
